I agree 100% with that article.
Those suggesting existing supply will remain, without a decouple, are clearly not without bias for the eastern (Chinese) supply.
If I was wrong, we would wouldn’t see the desperate attempt of the Chinese in recent days to tell the industry they are cleaning up their act… attempting to maintain the monopoly.
China can see the decouple coming, and they are petrified.
