helping to oversee the merger due diligence process, valuation analysis and scheme implementation........ I don't often telegraph my intentions but when i do i do it really loudly lol.
So the RMS announcement was technically correct in saying they have no intention in making a bid....and that's because they'll merge via scheme instead.
