Sorry Rob, you are still circling the wrong block of land, I think the one you show is actually the site where the H2 distribution point goes. Directly to the south of that is the Wind turbine dock and Pensana's block is that triangular field to the East on the corner of Hull and Pauli roads.
As to the US$300M, The mine component is now fully funded and construction is well underway ~ it should be in commissioning by end 2025. Funding for the Saltend refinery and recycling plant is 2/3 secured, construction is being timed to coincide with the mine coming into production ~ there is no point building a 20+ktpa facility for just 10tpa of feed.
