Morning Spid, it seems unlikely that Jinpeng would be willing to pay for the plants operation if commercial shipments were bring produced.
You've repeatedly mentioned the possibility of a class action by shareholders against the company. I think any such case would have to also target the more bullish holders. Whilst I don't believe these bullish holders influence the share price they can prompt gullible people into buying into this highly risky venture.
