    I spoke to my Accountant about this and sent here the relevant CSR ASX notices. She said the ATO usually comes out with a determination around such things as this to remove the possibility of doubt. So at least she is adopting a 'wait and see' attitude. WRT CGT FY24 or FY25.
    I would certainly prefer FY24. I have enough tax to pay :-(
