I did notice how this propaganda piece didn't touch on how long it will take to develop reliable working SMR's how they plan to make them secure from your local terrorist. How much will they cost and cost per KWH to home/business consumers and how much gov rebate/subsidy per KWH to the generator? How long to build. Once again if nuclear power generation was a viable option the private sector would be pushing nuclear. You want cheaper power? well the libs want to fund an run the nuclear reactors, they could simply take back ownership of the current power supplies so no 3rd party has to make a profit to pay sh and all funds remain in Aus not going to O/S companies. That would be a good start.
