Depends how serious the potential buyers are. Regal won't be able to keep dumping if there's someone prepared to buy a large volume of shares on market.
I personally think if something is going to happen it will happen quickly after the retail element closes tomorrow.
Surely it's a better takeover proposition now given the current SP I don't think there's anything stopping them making an offer to existing shareholders and bypassing the board
