i suppose my point is, Scott advised market on agreement as it awaited procedural publishing in gazette.

i can see the dilemma if there is going to be marketing/ song and dance regarding PPSA from Zim Gov view.

i would have liked company communicate procedure better …. after all it is part of the job.
