Given the progress being made by the numerous DoD departments with numerous compounds under development/trials I feel it time to disclose details surrounding what I could only guess to be the contracts/deals that would become enforced should any such treatments become viable/used by the DoD.

In lay terms, details such as.

Who would own the IP?, the compounds?, the vaccines? Etc. Would IMC receive payments or would the various DoD agencies claim ownership? Are IMC able to take any such compounds/products/vaccines public?

I would hope that any such details may be disclosed, any reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of IMC's securities. Given that yourself, the directors and whoever else are privy to such information whilst holding and trading securities then it only stands to reason that such details need to be made public.I would imagine that such a request may take some time to consider, would require board approval, maybe even require legal advise and that this will take some time.

So in the meantime could you please answer the following.

I would be surprised if this had not been considered previously, so I would ask, why have these details not been disclosed previously? Secondly will my request for disclosure via ASX releases be considered?

Hi Thedon, I think they are all valid questions you asked , maybe it was the tone of your email? You have a valid point about any current contract with the DOD needs to be disclosed , but perhaps nothing has been singed and hence Steven confirming they are in compliance ?
