Correct me if I am wrong as I thought it a piss poor effort as shows how risky this still is IMHO say the BBSW is around 4.5% (3 month) and they are having to borrow at 5.5% above that so 4.5 plus 5.5 is 10% they are borrowing money at to then have to lend out and make a profit on ?
