Yes the market is rigged. However, the share price is always right at any point in time.18c. you would have expected a better reaction to the news. but this is all old news and is factored into the price. Buyers still reluctant to buy or push it above 18c.At what price will the equity be raised? and when or is this conditional on the FID?
