Colt - see my post - I really don't think you have much to worry about. What they claim is correct - they did get a patent (I understand it was vetted by Oak Ridge NL in 2014/15 who concluded that it did not compromise National Security (the SLX technology was classified) and allowed the patent to be granted. This patent does mean that they are the only US origin LIS technology to be openly patented (SLX have confidential patent - it can't be published). By not being of US origin our technology can't be used for military applications (e.g submarines, aircraft carrier reactors, weapons and making tritium (for weapons)). In this context Centrus is LIS technologies competition. Jeff Eerkins (and Christo Liebenberg) are well known and respected individuals.
