Interesting move to say the least. Why not rely on SRL Matt? If they want to throw in $7 million dollars for equity in the prospect then that's a great deal for a minnow like ARE and SRL has to jump through all the hoops with the natvie title guff. Good business sense for ARE.

It allows the luxury of focusing on other propsects.
