they can blame COVID to some extent but expanding into France and the UK was a poor decision. Those countries run very socialist healthcare systems with much less emphasis on private sector involvement than we do. Hence they cannot pass on rising costs to their customers as those governments will not let them, and so are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
