As many know I have supported many things done by the new board and also apposed others, and although I am a small share holder I am as active and vocal as my health allows.

I admire the analysis that gets put in here by posters running the ruler over what is happening the debate ability of the pro's and cons is extremely interesting.


As to this capital raising I'm sure that there may have been better ways to do it although I struggle to see them clearly. I consider this to be a great way to reward my loyalty to the company the 1-3 issue gives me the chance participate and lesson dilution against my shareholding. I also consider this to be the best and possibly only chance I will have to average down (which is a nice change to all the averaging up I have done). I struggled to scrape up every penny I could find to invest in resurgence which I was grateful for the ability to contribute to, and now I will do the same to participate in this effort.

I am now of the belief that we are slowly gaining the momentum that will become an unstoppable force and I can once again see a bright future for "Our TZL".

Without doubt a great deal of optimism is showing through from familiar names on this forum.

Management are not telling lies, they're not making wild promises, they are quietly confident about the future (never mind the necessary caveats and conservative statements).

We have a future that is slowly growing and this capital injection is by the share holders for the shareholders. It is to me far better than seeing the future capital return being solely place in the hands of sophisticated investors or a large institution. Better it goes into my pocket thanks very much.

Perhaps many shares will change hands, perhaps the share price will retreat for a time but the reality is that the future sales numbers will not lie and when they get reported and the company is showing a profit then the price will have no choice but to rise and thankfully I will have been able to add to my meager holding at a discount.

To me this is an opportunity not to be missed regardless of if anyone thinks we are being miss-treated. The simple fact is that I cannot see a deal that is this good ever coming my way again.

If you can't participate I truly empathise with you as I have been there many times before myself and it is only by a shear stroke of luck that I will be able to this time round (however the belt will still need to tighten for it to happen).

If you don't want to participate then so be it.

This is the event that will stabilize this company for our future gains, we can finally stop treading water and make some forward progress, it's been a long time coming but we are finally going to be a successful company.
