I don't think this is mathematically possible. 150m were the amount RMS appeared to acquire post Citi raid = 14%
this 100m additional would put them at 22-23% which would trigger a mandatory take over offer.
I think we have 2 parties buying. And I bloody hope we do. bidding war = higher premium.
