I can see that you're not trying to educate, rather debate and prove folks wrong...I never said 80% CI was for approval, I stated for Phase 1 and Phase 2 it was acceptable. Your CONSORT reference is a checklist for a sponsor to ensure accurate reporting of important components of a RCT for publication, the highlighted section is providing an example ("such as 95% confidence interval"). You didn't answer any of my previous questions, rather completed changed the topic and provided new studies.

Oh and to this statement made by you "There is no significant difference between the CF33-pd1 combination and single agent CF33 or pd1" here is a quote from the same paper you referenced to the contrary. There was no significant treatment difference for single treatment groups, there was for combination.

"For the injected tumors, the combination group significantly delayed tumor growth compared to the PBS control group whereas no significant difference was observed for single treatment groups (virus or α-PD-L1) compared to PBS group (Figure 3(b))."
