    1. Understood re director buying/reporting.

    2. Wasn't sure how many had been bought recently.

    3. Based on known information (how many voted for/against etc) and known recent BOD buying, it would seem to me that a substantial amount of shares
    (possibly as much as $25 million worth) may still be in "small retail" hands.

    4. It would seem to me that this is because of

    (i). apathy/oversight . Don't read their mail etc).

    (ii) waiting for higher price or

    (iii) conscious decision/prepared to stay in once delisted

    If it is (iii), then I fail to see how this has been successful for BOD as shares held by retail holders would not have been reduced and (my assumption) number of shareholders.

    I do have a call into Company Secretary to ask about any mechanism for sale after delisting.
