Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The company is trading at 0.31 - you still have 0.305 and 0.30 to get through before it falls below CR.
Once again I don't think it will fall below CR but if you want to wait it out thinking you can get shares cheaper than those who spent $70m on it at 0.30, more power to you.
