Rockchip hype (because of the remarkable success of an outlier - WA1). Extra rockchips won't move SP again.
Time passes, SP declines
Permission to dig costeans arrives. Possible visual mineral ID and quantity. Wait for assays...
Good assays = worth drilling, SP goes up again
Bad assays = "encouraging results", project strategically shelved, or maybe one or two drill holes just to be sure.
