I think it comes out as GBA having the best leverage on PEP11 stocks. MMR pdf status is also a consideration although there is no cap loss offset if the well is a duster and it goes back to 5c. I hold MMRO and will convert to MMR if the well is a goer. Can claim loss on the oppies but also tax free on gains once converted. Also holding GBA and BPH.
