well mate, as this is a M&A thread i pose you this
as we had covered at PNR, a OBM tie up with creagh at the helm
PNR = great assets + average management
OBM = average assets + great management
would be a 0.5+1 = 3 for me.
both need to demonstrate decent QonQ performance IMO
but the ingredients are all there, the sticking point could be major shareholders
what do you reckon?
