The price have been drifting lower and lower over the last month.
Would suggest the mkt suspected something.
If it was steady as she goes (same as the term sheet as before), they would have just released it as normal day event.
The call of this Trading Halt would suggest a negative impact on the funding, which would have a "Material" impact on the share price.
IMHO, either the loan have become more expensive or it the proposed loan have been reduced/cut, forcing the company to raise capital from institutions and sophisticated investors, to plug the hole.
