    Loans for construction and running costs

    Loans to pay interest and repay loans - that's what Angolan banks would be performing DD on ( balance sheet ) and current cash on hand balance

    Serviceability ?????

    All before construction is finalised and production commences and there are no guarantees construction will run onetime and on budget

    all before the 2025 growing season

    MNB would need to service all this debt and running costs with no revenues in short term etc
