Sounds like positive news coming followed by an immediate short squeeze! Funding and commodity prices been major uncertainty surrounding sentiment. If offtake deal has replaced banks this would be a huge positive development that reduces uncertainty resulting in an immediate positive rerate. Expecting a decent bounce when trading resumes.
