Beg to differ.
Looks to me as though every time a bank and financier that has gotten into the LTR data room has subsequently failed to execute any agreement. That's not by chance.
First time it was $760m that failed
Second time it was $550m that failed.
The question is, what are the banks seeing that makes them walk in the opposite direction every time.
