That is just the minor play. Duncan wanted to do just that. The big play came 2.5 yrs ago when AP decided to do nothing with Al because he believed Zapato deserved all their attention and Zapato was to use exploration funds. Grand plan that.
Is there anybody out there that still thinks this was a good option. Now the true significance of the Zapato wild goose chase is evident to even the most ardent sycophant. Enjoy.
