So yes I get this fact, but,
We won't have the final say on price, that's the BOD to judge that.
I will go away now and see what I can find in the constitution stating such.
Can you imagine us mob being the governors of this sale, we range from 30c to US$18/share.
We have no idea about the sale price, the runnings of the PL6 ro the four household names, no idea at all.
Jim might have gone but if attention was paid at any recent meetings, Dave is in weekly contact with the great Jimbo and discusses many topics of concern. So I dare say Dave takes advice or should it be, asks for it from Jim.
Wilbert changed a small part of the constitution but not much was touched. he actual product hasn't changed much from Jims chair either really.
