if you don’t lodge the documents for an application its never been refused.
I love all the optimism here, but as i and many here have been pointing out for weeks, the underlying chemical price is in the dog house. Until that improves the SP is unlikely to improve.
More offtake is now tied up. That wont be available for any major price spike when one comes.
