I expect we'll here (and see) more about the Patient Experience Program over this quarter, leading into public sales launch next quarter.
I don't see it as a deliberate omission, but rather a tweak to the plan where they have decided to run with a Patient Experience Program to better promote Sofdra when it is launched to the general public. I see it as a good thing for sales, marketing and publicity which will only help Sofdra snare huge market share. The Patient Experience Program will actually help BOT to market Sofdra even more effectively prior to launch. Personally, I think it's a brilliant plan!
