Those speaking a non existent line of credit being available have been shown to be complete fools.
The deal IMO is ok, but certainly removes volume too make use of price spikes. Thats how PLS built its cash balance, by having uncommitted spod.
Underlying chemical pricing will need to underpin the SP from here.
