Hi Lisap As I posted earlier the judge has given chm 2 real options
The third option is just for legal completion - return of the misappropriated money plus interest. Although MMX and co harp on about this - it is not worth worrying about.
The 2 real options are either a small fraction eg 250,000/52,000,000 of MMX gross income from JH or 24% of MMX nett benefit.
On the face of it it is hard to see the first real option being more than several million, This is why CHM is focusing on the last one which could be nothing to 100m depending on your interpretation.
The judge did comment that he thought both real options would end up being similar amounts but I do not know how much this indicates how things well end up.
