quantum hold it in an intermediary account and send it to Besra as needed. which is why i raised this exact concern earlier on, it appears quantum look after it and i question what they can then do with it if they are facing legal action which i think may have started over in Malaysia for withholding customers funds. also michael higginson has not responded to my email today which is a great sign
