Here is an interim not Joel answer. It would be at least a contract with SPR which any party taking over SPR would have to honour. If SPR folded or lost the tenements I guess it would lapse ... good question. I imagine Delphi put a mortgage on the tenements to make the agreement more secure. Royalties can be bought out or sold on .. they are not attached to any shareholding.
