She talks about those underserved Americans, but goes on to 'low and grow' - give underserved and low / no Fico scores a low credit limit, 'gamify' them, then grow their credit limits to get them to spend more. Absolutely outlawed by the new BNPL legislation and pretty naive talk IMO.
I was very excited at her appointment as Group CEO, but I'm afraid I don't have time for anything she says any more, I think she is simply a slick talker.
