Your fantasy version or history is hilarious Lucky. History says the terrorists were the ones who were bombed by Nato to prevent further crimes against humanity. Neither Croatia, Bosnia nor Albania were needed to be bombed by Nato to prevent crimes against humanity. Only Serbian terrorists needed to be stopped from their crimes against humanity rampage. Serbia was warned, told to stop their crimes against humanity, Serbia had their superiority complex (odd considering they lost all that territory they thought they could take back by force) and ignored those warnings and kept on with their crimes against humanity. Then Serbia got put back into it's little Kosovo free box. Fantastic result. Justice served. Comparing that to Ukraine, who had nothing to do with Nato's great service to humanity by preventing Serbian crimes against humanity, the only similarity is Ukraine, like Croatia and Bosna, were unjustly invaded by a fascist dictatorship of a terrorist neighbour. Ukraine were not committing any crimes against humanity, regardless how much you desperately try to push the Kremlin lies and propaganda of "Donbas shelling". There was no independence movement in Ukraine like Croatia and Bosnia wanted independence from fascist Serbia, just Russian troops invading Ukraine.

Serbia doesn't need handouts to function now, it decided to preserve its people and cities rather than take on a superpower militarily in a war it couldn't win.
