@bruceyg; following the mass exodus from war-torn Europe my generation was required to have annual TB X-rays. When my wife and I toured cesntral and South America we were required to receive numerous vaccinations.

Together with so many other diseases / viruses / infections, Aussies in the 1950s and 1960s were not unlike Australia's First Nations Peoples when Herr Kapitan Kook and his disease infested crew soiled Sydney Cove on January 26th, 1788.

It comes as NO surprise to my generation that irresponsible commercial operators such as Qantas are importing viruses, diseases and toxins into Australia.
