GTN has been range bound between $0.40 and $0.50 for years despite a share buy back that's been going since the Jurassic era.
It used to be an expense account for the previous CEO but suddenly Viburnum Funds seem to have gone "activist" with Craig Coleman appointed to the board and buying an additional $1.8m in shares in his own name. Div is about 3% per year so that's probably not it.
There's an incredible fund profile and as a former holder I don't think any of them would be in the money. Anyone got any idea what the jockeying is all about?
Back on the watch list for me.
