What if BHP bought the holding in WPL through the insto's, as if they had of bought the 10% out right, it would have flagged its intention to take the rest and they need to sure up a majority otherwise they will pay through the nose.
Could be Kloppers coup d etat, but more than likely i give him too much credit.
