Thank god this is nonbinding. Probably the worst deal I've ever seen in my life.
not only do we fund the trials we still have to constantly give biocryst % for clearing milestones. What a joke. Which over all would end up being close to $40mil USD....
I would say if management see this to be a great fit for the company, grow a pair and option for 100% acquisition no strings attached and raise the capital so SH can reap the full rewards.
