In case you didn't understand.
I know a lot of holders are hoping to catch a break.
But it's time to call a spade a spade, this is a crappy deal for us based of those terms.
Just officialize it as a JV and get the "so called" 2bil company to have skin in the game.
This is just a crappy way to acquire a project from a company that has given up on the project and hasn't talked about it in years.
