I don't watch mainstream media since the outbreak, it became propaganda rather than news, I don't subscribe to any social media platforms so I get my overall impression from meeting people face to face, where there is still a high resistance in looking further afield to get valid and up to date information.
Many have not heard of The Lancet, BMJ, NEJM et al so they rely solely on mainstream but that is consistent with the elderly of my generation. They just believe the narrative that the health authorities and government push out.
Hopefully the next generations will be more informed when it comes to their health.
