Money in the bank, means no capital raise, this is a positive for the company. It's easy to be critical however what were the options if this deal didn't take place? This would have been months in the making with a lot of work to complete. In my opinion well done, let's see what's next? when the transaction is complete $17 M in the bank, current market cap $14.............. I can't see our chinese partners sitting on this now either. The project has been given the green light by upper level chinese management.
