Just received a notice from my bank saying that my new rate will be 8.13%as of 18 July. Owner occupied.
Interested what others are paying.
Oh My bank of 33 years one of the big 4.
Seems a bit high what.
Can't change banks due to age and income. I have shopped around.
What do others think.
