Kudos to management. When a company borrows large to invest in the future that's the exact time when they want some good results to take some pressure off the balance sheet and the team seems to have delivered in spades.
With expected settlement of the 2 properties yielding around $5m cash over the 12 months it should take some further pressure off with plenty of investment still to come.
Seems cheap if they can continue to execute at this rate.
