Whether they look alike or not is for you to decide, but they share a similar logic of dictatorial behavior.
Let's recall this part of history.
During the Paraguayan War of 1864-1870, President of Paraguay Francisco Lopez:
- called all men in the country to join the army. Men were taken from the streets and sent to fight without training. To prevent this poorly motivated army from deserting, every tenth man in his unit was executed for cowardice;
- eventually, when men ran out, Lopez ordered children to be sent to fight. To disguise the fact that they were children, they were made to wear fake beards. This war was entirely provoked by the Paraguayan dictator and fought against a coalition of the three largest South American powers - Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay.
Lopez lost the war with catastrophic results for the country:
- wiping out all male population in his own country. Only about 10% survived - infants, small children, cripples, and frail elderly; - losing 40% of the territory - around 150 thousand square kilometers; - completely losing all economy and industry.
Lopez saw himself as a great military leader, equal in abilities to Napoleon.
150 years have passed, and Paraguay has not recovered, remaining the most backward country on the continent.

Zelensky, seeing himself as a modern Napoleon, is also leading the country towards a terrible catastrophe of exterminating his own people. True, there are no children with fake beards on the front lines. Yet. But if necessary, the puppet Rada will pass such a law, and the Ermak's puppets will say that it's the fault of bad, stupid and corrupt deputies
