Dropping LD (lymphodepletion) to FluCy 750 (a chemotherapy variant used to help with lymphodepletion to see meaningful expansion and durable responses) has resulted in less robust response 83%ORR and 61% CR rate.
IMO, a little reduction in CRR and CR results are still not to be sneezed at and importantly, it is NOT attributed by Azer-cel.
