Spot on OD - Patto's handled the 38m @44 while Southern Cross have also stepped up too adding, which too me appears to back Charlie Aitkens calls on an impending deal with Shell competing with a Takeover attempt from one of the Asian gas players looking for an entry into Prelude etc.
I would think that RC would have a very clear idea about who Patto's are dealing with the fact we've heard nothing from the Co leads me to thinks they're battening down with their defense advisers while racing to ink the Crux/Shell deal.
Lastly will the AGM also hasten a bid?
