Tranche 2 20-21c
Redistribution of the $77m cash they currently have (not sure of value of that)
Sale of the 20 year funds received from Ganfeng (which equates to $7.5m USD per year, equates to $150m over 20 year period), sell this & then distribute to shareholders.
