If the AVZ case is as solid as SDL why couldn't they find a litigation funder like Burford when their own Lawyers DL Piper were unwilling to do it, forcing AVZ to run with Locke an obscure company with no track record, that has taken over 7 months and still hasn't entered a formal funding agreement for the relatively modest amount of $20m

Still positive signs for SDL it will be interesting to see if they actually receive the award $$ . Pakistan still hasn't paid Tethyan copper after they won the appeal at ISCID after a decade long battle, and Digoil never received the cash from their ICC win
